IKAROS - Dubai-based brand (AI operations + experiences & events management)

Cebu IT Park area (on-site at founder's condo office) + remote days

Part-time, 28 hours/week

₱20,000–₱30,000/month depending on experience

The Short Version

I'm the founder and CEO of a small Dubai-based brand. I'm currently working remotely from Cebu and I need someone sharp, self-directed, and comfortable working directly with me, not buried in a department. This is a one-on-one role. You'd handle both personal and professional tasks, and the line between the two often blurs, because work is a lifestyle to me.

Schedule

3 days/week in-person - 4 hours per day at cowork space around IT Park

2 days/week remote - flexible hours, but responsive on chat

Total: 28 hours/week

The hours are flexible within reason. I care about output, not clock-watching.

What You'd Actually Do

Professional (IKAROS)

• Manage my calendar, inbox, and follow-ups across multiple time zones (Dubai, Philippines, international clients)

• Draft and send emails, messages, and light correspondence on my behalf

• Organize and maintain files, folders, and documents (Google Workspace)

• Coordinate with contractors, freelancers, and partners

• Track deadlines, deliverables, and open items across active projects

• Light research - competitor info, vendor pricing, event logistics, travel options

• Help prepare proposals, reports, and client-facing documents

Personal

• Errands and coordination - appointments, bookings, deliveries, household logistics

• Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas)

• Bill payments and subscription management

• Anything that takes time off my plate so I can focus on having a life 🤷🏻‍♂️

What I'm Looking For

Must-haves:

• Excellent written and spoken English - you'll be emailing clients and partners in the Middle East and internationally

• Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)

• Strong organizational instincts - you don't lose track of things

• Comfortable with ambiguity - I'll give you a goal, not always a step-by-step process

• Discreet and trustworthy - you'll have access to sensitive business and personal information

• Based in Cebu and able to come on-site 5 days/week

Big pluses:

• Experience working directly with a founder, CEO, or senior executive (not just in a team admin pool)

• Familiarity with AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar. I use AI heavily in my workflow and you'd benefit from being comfortable with it

• Background in BPO, startup, or professional services environments

• Proactive mindset - you flag issues, suggest improvements, and don't wait to be told

Not required:

• A degree in anything specific. I care about how you think and work, not your diploma.
